Waldorf resident Derrron Jerell Hall, 36, and Prince Frederick resident Demarr Young, 37, are both facing a host of charges in Charles County after being busted for breaking into a home in the 5600 block of Ted Bowling Road in Bryantown.

Shortly after 5 a.m. on Friday, June 24, it is alleged that Young and Hall forced their way into the home and demanded cash while threatening their victims with a handgun, according to Janelle Love of the Charles County Sheriff's Media Relations Office.

Responding officers were able to quickly locate Young and Hall in the area and both were arrested without incident.

Both Young and Hall were charged with:

  • Armed robbery;
  • First-degree assault;
  • Second-degree assault;
  • Home invasion;
  • Felony use of a firearm;
  • Reckless endangerment.

Young and Hall are both being held at the Charles County Detention Center without bond.
